La Rouge is a very funny cow. She has been with us for a year and still keeps her distance from people . But on the other hand she is very curious about us and always watches us with great concentration.

La Rouge

Before she joined our family, La Rouge was part of a herd of cows destined for slaughter. She had no close and positive experience with people. That’s why it took her a long time to trust us and allow us to have any close contact with her. We are gradually winning her heart and we are completely captivated by her sweet nature.

Rouge, also know as little red, is a funny character, often a bit aloof but also known to really enjoy a back scratch. She will often wiggle around for those good scratches. Le Rouge is one of the noisier members of the herd, when something is going on she will be sure to let everyone know, shouting with her loud and repetitive donkey like call for all to hear.
