Gautam, was born 1oth march 2011. Gautam, which means remover of darkness. It was also the name of the Buddha.

Gautam is trained as a working ox and together with his yoke-mate Smokey, both were trained to pull a cart with commands. However he is now retired.

Gautam’s mum is Tilly. He is a gentle giant, a softy and quite timid. Gautam loves to just chill out in his own space away from the hassle of the world. He is the definition of a pretty boy, with his sweet face and fluffy ears. In his shyness he is still open to the occasional brushing session and brings such a calming energy to that.
