The gift of a cow and calf means cheese for people who help with our land appeal!

Purchase of an extra 24 acres of land (rented for the past year) is an essential part of phase one of our mission to establish a fully sustainable dairy farm and eco-village.

As part of our efforts to raise funds a generous supporter has gifted us a cow and calf … the milk from this cow to be used exclusively to make our Ahimsa Gouda cheese. People who donate £25 or more to our £180,000 land appeal will be ‘rewarded‘ in cheese*.

* cheese development and testing is complete, but production begins in earnest only from 1st Jan 2019. Therefore cheese delivery (on the basis of first come first served) is expected to begin mid Feb 2019. Cheese only for UK/EU shipping, sorry!
